Mary Cohen is a 50-year-old caucasian female. She and her husband, with whom she has 6 children, were divorced 2 years ago. She currently lives with her boyfriend and 2 of her children. She describes symptoms of nervousness, an inability to sleep, and an upset stomach. During this scenario, students will have the opportunity to assess a patient who is experiencing possible domestic violence.
